Hazel "Akela" - Cub Scout Leader

Hazel manages and leads the operation of the Cub Scout Section. In particular, the planning and delivery of the Balanced Programme to the Section, with the help of Assistant Cub Scout Leaders, Pack Assistants, Young Leaders and members of the Scout Fellowship.

Jenny "Rikki" - Assistant Cub Scout Leader

I'm a personal trainer, so for me the outdoors is a great place to try new activites, my favourites include kayaking and walking. Helping young people take part in challenges and adventurous activities is really fun way to get them involved in the great outdoors.

Laura "Chil" - Assistant Cub Scout Leader

I started employment for The Scout Association in January 2005, and was involved in the organisation of a massive European Jamboree in the sumer of that year. Inspired by this I became an Assistant Cub Scout Leader in September 2005. Before I began working for The Scout Association I worked as an Activity insutructor for 3D Education and Adventure at their Little Canada Centre on the Isle of Wight. I really loved working in the outdoors and with young people. I taught lots of activities including climbing.

Cubs is brilliant, I enjoy it so much - working with the Cubs, doing lots of exciting things and learning a lot in the process!
