Scouts

The scout section as part of its mission to become more ecologically friendly has constructed a compost bin out of old materials that have been scavanged from the grounds. The idea is that we make compost from the vast number of leaves that fall around the hut and that eventually the scouts will bag it up and sell it to parents or leaders to raise funds for the group. Put Friday 18th January in your diary for a fantastic evening to celebrate the achievements of 6th Southgate Scout Group over The Scout Asociation's Centenary Year.

Monday the 5th of November was really successful night. The 22nd Southgate Beavers and Scouts as well as the 13th Southgate scouts attended making a gathering of about 170 people. The night was a huge success a huge thank you to every one that helped out.
